About Project
Ayoka by Damac was rebranded to “DAMAC Hills”. It is a self-contained community comprising of over 3,500 townhouses, serviced apartments, luxury villas, and a hotel. Villas are set around the Trump International Golf Club. The development also has a supermarket and a school. 37 hectares of the 260 hectares are developed as themed gardens, sporting amenities, skate park and stables. Critical to the success of DAMAC Hills was the provision of reliable infrastructure services for each neighborhood and the development. DAMAC commissioned KEO to be the Lead Infrastructure Engineer to deliver detailed environmental and site infrastructure designs.
